Cloudy Kev

I was having fun unstuffing a new overly-stuffed pillow I bought today.

My neighborhood.

This is the tube map, quite literally.

Flower market.

Came across the Columbia Street Flower Market today. Absolutely
delicious.
Walking down the tiny ancient cobble-stoned street packed with flower-
hungry people and eager-to-please venders, you could hear such things
as, "The whole lot of the flat- 3 quids!" and "Cheap pussies here! Why
are you looking at me like that? Where's your mind? Pussy willows here."

Now tired from treking across town all morning and afternoon through 4
different markets, I'm finding that my relationship with my London is
blossoming beautifully. I love my new little lemon tree,
clementine bush, and strawberry, corriander (cilantro), and parsely
plants that have somehow found their way home.

Big bingo center.

?

I'm not sure if the tea bag bit is a joke or not. Maybe excessive tea
bag rubbish is becoming a bit of an issue.

(Very) public urinal.

This was on the main drag to a tube station.

Sushi

Kevin and I ate $42 worth of veggie sushi at the Liverpool St Station
and were still hungry.

A 3 hour tour..

Today on my quest to buy a sewing machine off of gumtree (Brits'
version of craigslist), I had a grand tour of London by bus.

Kevin's boss, Dennis plays sac noir at Benji and Natalia's on Easter.

Kev shopping for a guitar..

Guards..

Last night getting off the tube at Liverpool, there was a very
interesting raid, either drug or bomb, and everyone that exited the
station at that point got a thorough sniffing by the hound. It was so
shocking because it is after a sorta long escalator ride and then,
unexpectedly, a dog right at the opening and many guards to apprehend. .

Snowing like mad..

French restaurant with kevin's friends.

When Ben, our French representative explained to the waiter that keV
is vegan, and what that meant, he had the most shocked facial
expression that I've ever seen.
Here are friends, Minal and Ben, kevin's two closest friends in
London. The bill came to $750, 7 people. Written off by keV's old work.

The view from Kevin's office. (The Gherkin)

A caffe

I know its hard to read but on the third list of the menu, there's a
rolo latte or a milkybar (milky way) mocha. I guess they blend them up
in there.

Our flat, backside. The middle level there. With the 7 windows.

Food for thought, the restaurant.

Yesterday, keV and I stumbled upon the same and only vegetarian
restaurant I ate at in '05 in London. So crowded that we sat at a
teensie table with 2 other people.

Arriving at the flat.

That's right, people, I said flat! And expect a full-on English accent
out of me before long!

London paddington on no sleep.

Big fan of virgin airlines.

Free wine with dinner for cattle class, choose your own movies or
games interactive with other passengers of tv shows like flight of the
conchords, dexter, and my new favorite show that constantly changes
names. About a tribe in PNG. Sorry for the run-on. 1.5 hrs of sleep
and the sun is rising as I type on heathrow express.
